Soooo Slow!!! But....

But successful! 9lbs in 7 weeks is not a lot to shout about these days in terms of quick fix diets. But since I'm not on a 'diet'....progress is progress.
My goals for this next week are to stay super diligent in writing down everything that goes in my mouth.
Reach for the vegetables vs. the carbs
Be conscience of how much water I'm drinking. And NOT snack after dinner or the middle of the night!

  1. 9 pounds??!!! I think that deserves MORE than a good WOOT WOOT!! You rock the house girl!! SO super excited!!! I'm so happy for you that I almost feel as happy as if I had lost the 9 pounds!! Now that's love!! :) Congrats girl!
