Soooo Slow!!! But....

But successful! 9lbs in 7 weeks is not a lot to shout about these days in terms of quick fix diets. But since I'm not on a 'diet'....progress is progress.
My goals for this next week are to stay super diligent in writing down everything that goes in my mouth.
Reach for the vegetables vs. the carbs
Be conscience of how much water I'm drinking. And NOT snack after dinner or the middle of the night!

Opposite problem

In 3 or 4 places lately I have read that as women we set a bad example for our children, especially our daughters, if we are picking at our bodies and dieting etc. I seem to have the opposite problem at my house. My children tell me I still look 'kinda pregnant' and my bum jiggles.

Anyone up for a little Refined Sugar Challenge

I'm looking at my food journal and my cookie monster is a little out of control. The Challenge is no refined sugar from now until Easter. 1st offense is $20 every offense after that is $10. So if I had two cookies between now and Easter I would owe you $30.....or you would owe me.
