Ok started a new plan 3 weeks ago. Some things are different and some the same. More about that later because it seems to be working. One of the things that hasn't changed is that at 10:30 pm when I need to do 30 min of cardio I don't wanna. Back to the dirty little tricks 'just put on the shoes, don't think just put on the shoes'.

good girl. but by 10:30 i don't think anyone wants to do cardio!!! so don't be too hard on yourself... :)
