Just DO. I can't think about getting up at 5am to exercise or else I talk myself out of it. Nor can I think about the 5 miles I need to crank out tomorrow night because again I would talk myself out of it. In this book I'm reading he calls them "dirty little tricks" and they actually work! Tell yourself "I'm just going to put my shoes on" after they are on then say "ok ill see how I feel after a bit". And then after a bit you say "ah hell I might as well finish".
